Why has my subscription rate increased?

Promotional pricing and renewal

Regular Plans

The majority of our promotional discounts are only valid for one year. Therefore, if you purchased your subscription during a promotional period, your subscription renewal will revert to our standard pricing. 

Student Pro

If your student re-verification is not completed before your renewal date, your subscription will be renewed with our After Studies discounted rate vs your Student Pro discounted rate.

*Please note that, per our Operating Agreement, our subscriptions auto-renew.
