What has changed with the Twitter login in the mobile app?

Update on the Twitter login feature

Due to recent changes on the Twitter (now referred to as X) side, we experienced issues with the Social Login option in the app, leading us to discontinue support for Twitter (X) login. For version 11.4 and below, Twitter login no longer works, and clients receive an error message from Twitter. From version 11.5 and onwards, the Twitter login option has been removed from the social login buttons. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

How can existing Twitter users access their accounts?     

Existing Twitter users have two scenarios:

  1. If they remain logged in, there is nothing they need to do.
  2. If they need to re-login, for instance because the app was reinstalled, they can request a password reset for their registered email (the one used for Twitter) and then set a dedicated getAbstract password to regain access.
