Why are downloads blocked?

Temporary download block

For security reasons, an account is automatically blocked for up to one day when our system detects an unusual or excessive downloading pattern. After this period, the security hold should be released.

The number of abstracts downloaded or the time elapsed between one download and another may activate the lock.

Using our App, you can synchronize entire reading lists for offline use under the Library tab.
